Introduction
There are several methods for finding the model number on your product. As described in this document, model numbers are commonly located on the body of the product.
A model number is a unique numeric or alphanumeric code used to identify a particular version of a product. For example, the same series of an Officejet All-in-One may have several different models with varying features.
The following are example model numbers that may look similar to the model number on your product:
  • HP Officejet 4315xi
  • HP Officejet J5780
  • HP Officejet 5608
  • HP PSC 1311
  • HP PSC 2175v
  • HP PSC 950
