Kaspersky Setup process error: 1607 (Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime).
Hello
Today I install Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0 for Workstation, Kaspersky Netagent 6.0 also and I get error:
Setup process error: 1607 (Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime).
I found solution how to solve this problem from:

But after following and check the same step with guide above from Kaspersky website and problem still the same
Now I found solution:
Kaspersky need “Everyone” group have Write permission on:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield
After give permission now you can install kaspersky normal

Kaspersky is the best Anti-Virus program i have ever used. it is way better than Mc Affe and Norton Antivirus.
Kaspersky works better than Avg or Avast antivirus. Some viruses and trojan would not be detected by AVG but they are always detected by Kaspersky.
i bought lenovo 3000 G430 last year may 09. when i started to work i experienced lot of problems. initially system booting problem, virus problem tried to overcome and purchased and when bought they said it is compulsory to have net connection then kept licensed CD kaspersky as such.
Came to wrong/good conclusion not to buy antivirus software, pyrated software.
Lenovo very poor. I feel.
no change. when i ask for proper antivirus i am unable to get proper idea. norton good some say, some say avira and so much of opinions.
Nothing more for moderation. I had CD with laptop. When i had problem and started to format Audio, Video, Bluetooth, Lan network driver cd all are not available in the CD which is given to me and i being computer student and now staff not aware at that time.
Feel Bad of chosing it. Anyway thak you.
